3C: Sources of Information
This post is about the sources of information that I find most useful in my area of practice.... The internet, in particular Google, is the source of information I rely most heavily on. I use it to search for auditions, classes and for all the questions that baffle me in life. It is a very up-to-date source and can be accessed any time you have a laptop, tablet or phone on you (which let's face it is pretty much all the time). What I find most annoying about using the internet as a source of information is how easy it is to get distracted when looking something up or procrastinating until I run out of time but perhaps not everyone has a goldfish's attentions span. As mentioned in other blog posts always be mindful of confidentiality when using the internet and in particular social media where it is very easy to get carried away sharing personal details.
